The tension between PTI supporters and law enforcement forces in front of the house has been going on for the whole day over the arrest of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. The Lahore High Court adjourned the arrest till 10 am on Thursday.

All day long on Wednesday, there was tension in front of Imran’s house, Zaman Park. Lahore High Court Judge Tariq Saleem Sheikh granted a stay of arrest. He gave this order after hearing a petition of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhuri.
Earlier, the court directed Punjab Inspector General Usman Anwar, provincial chief secretary and Islamabad police chief (operations) to appear before 3 pm.
On Wednesday morning, Islamabad Police, Punjab Police and guards started the operation to arrest Imran Khan, which was suspended on Tuesday. Police want to arrest Imran in Toshakhana case.
Imran Khan was absent from several hearings of the case. Due to this, the judge issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran Khan.
When the police went to arrest Imran, they faced obstacles from PTI supporters. Supporters threw bricks and stones. In response, the police also fired tear gas.
