Dhaka: President Md. The Appellate Division Chamber Judge dismissed the application to stay the notification issued by the Election Commission (EC) declaring Sahabuddin elected.
Appellate Division Vacation Chamber Justice Jahangir Hossain Salim dismissed the writ petitioner’s application seeking suspension of notification on Tuesday (March 21).

Earlier, on March 15, two separate writs were dismissed by the High Court.
