Moscow is simplifying the visa process for six countries including India, Syria, Indonesia. This information was reported by TASS news agency, citing Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Yevgeny Ivanov.
In this regard, Ivanov said, ‘In addition to India, we are working with Angola, Vietnam, Indonesia, Syria and the Philippines.’
Earlier, Ivanov said, Russia is also preparing an intergovernmental agreement on visa-free travel with 11 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Barbados, Haiti, Zambia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico and Trinidad.

The country imported 1.6 million barrels of oil per day from Russia in February, more than Iraq and Saudi Arabia combined. According to energy cargo tracker Vortex, Russia has significantly increased crude oil exports to India. In Russia, this oil is converted into gasoline and diesel. For the fifth consecutive month, India imported one-third of its oil imports from Russia.

India is buying oil from Russia at a lower price than other countries i.e. at a discount. Despite the pressure from the West, India is still in a strong position.
