Rakhi Sawant: The Bombay High Court on Tuesday extended until February 1 the temporary protection from arrest granted to actress Rakhi Sawant in a case. A model has filed this case against Rakhi Sawant for allegedly broadcasting and showing her obscene and objectionable videos.

The trial was adjourned until Wednesday

According to information, Rakhi Sawant had asked the High Court on Monday to provide pre-arrest bail. Justice MS Karnik single bench directed the police not to take any forceful action against the actress until her next court date.

Lawyers representing the model on Tuesday asked for time to submit an intervention request. Giving Rakhi Sawant time, the court adjourned the hearing in the case until Wednesday, namely 1 February.
