The court gave this order in view of Imran’s application. In the application, Imran Khan said, tomorrow I myself will appear in the Islamabad Sessions Judge Court. However, the order of arrest must be revoked for this.

A session court in Islamabad issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran Khan in late February due to his absence day after day in the hearing of the Tosakhana case. Later, when PTI applied for suspension of the warrant, the arrest warrant was suspended till March 13.

But because he was absent from the hearing, Judge Zafar Iqbal of the Additional District and Sessions Court of Islamabad issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Imran Khan for the second time on Monday.
