A man named Rahmat Ullah has accused Dhakai movie superstar Shakib Khan of breach of contract and molestation. Claiming himself to be the producer of the movie ‘Operation Agneepath’, he appeared at the FDC last Wednesday (March 15) afternoon and lodged a written complaint with the Bangladesh Film Producers Association, Directors Association, Artists Association and Cameramen Association.
The day after the written complaint, Shakib Khan had a meeting with Rahmat Ullah at a restaurant in the capital on Thursday (March 16). It is heard that they sat for settlement.
But according to Nayak, he did not go for any settlement. Ex-wife Apu went there on the request of Biswas. He did not even take any kind of stamp with him that day.
Shakib Khan said, ‘Rahmat Ullah wanted to meet me once. He said, if we can meet and talk, he will remove these false allegations. Will write in the stamp will never bring such complaint again. But as I did not agree, he managed my family with my ex-wife (Apu Biswas).’ After that, when Shakib went to see him, Rahmat Ullah asked him for a large sum of money.
He also said, ‘There is no question of settlement with the injustice he (Rahmat Ullah) has done. Apart from this, I did not have any agreement with this Rahmat Ullah regarding the movie. What he said about the stamp and settlement is all false.’
Meanwhile, Rahmat Ullah deliberately spread such news that ‘Shakib himself has taken the initiative to settle with him’. So that he can understand, Shakib has gone to settle the complaint brought against the hero.
According to the office of Producers and Distributors Association, on March 7, 2016, permission was granted for the production of the movie ‘Operation Agneepath’ from the Producers and Distributors Association. Producer of this movie in the name of Vertex Media. Alam knows. Rehmat Ullah’s name as a producer is not mentioned anywhere. And so claiming to be a producer and complaining to various associations of FDC is a fraud.
It is known that the production company Vertex Media is the real owner of the movie ‘Operation Agneepath’. Majority of the investment of the movie has been made from this institution. The organization also discussed all the contract and schedule related matters with Shakib.
According to sources, Rahmat Ullah, who claimed to be a producer, was the arranger of Australia’s shooting! He tried to implicate Shakib in various scams after getting a job opportunity in Australia. His intention was to embezzle money from Shakib by pretending to be a producer!
